What Is A Patient Portal And How Can I Use It?

A patient portal is secure online website that allows you to have convenient 24-hour access to your Midwest Bone & Joint medical records from anywhere with an internet connection.

Using a secure username and password, you can:
  • Schedule an appointment
  • Change, cancel and confirm appointments
  • Receive appointment reminders
  • Pay your bill
  • View current and past billing statements
  • See a listing of your medications
  • Review allergies noted in your chart
  • Verify Insurance information
  • Update contact information
  • Download and complete forms
  • Keep track of past and future appointments
There are two types of accounts:

Individual Account:
Each individual person has their own account and login.

Family Account:
 Family members share one account and one login. 

How Do I Get Set Up On Your Patient Portal?

Existing Patients:

If you have already visited the Midwest Bone & Joint Institute as a patient and have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive an email with your login & temporary password. Use the existing patient login area on the right side of screen to login & access your account.
